"Bought in 3 2022 and all have worked reliably. Although, bought a smart bulb a year later and it does have a quark, it turns on by itself once a week, same day same time. . . no, not programmed to do that. Other than that, since it's hard to buy any additional ones, it may mean that the line of the DOT has been discontinued, a real shame"
"Good luck getting your outlets to work for more than a few hours, much less days. I have tried multiple outlets, Internet connections, and devices, and every single one performs the exact same. They will stop working after about 2 or 3 hours requiring to be set up again in the app. The company also doesn't provide any technical specs for their devices, no UL listing, and no certifications to be found unless you inquire through email. None of these methods provide any real information as it's clear they lie in their emails and communications. I will never purchase a Geeni product again and will be promptly destroying all Geeni products I own as to prevent future users from suffering the same mistake. I've already returned several through Amazon in this condition with no issue, and plan to continue. Geeni doesn't deserve my money."
