"I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service. My camera won't connect and I want to return it and the person that I've been working with won't answer me. They won't send me return approval and I cannot send it back until they do. I would NEVER order from this company again. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I would recommend another company, do not buy directly from them or you won't be able to exchange or return."
