"Ordered a new air purifier and a replacement filter for the one I already had. Air purifier was delivered 3 days later, it's been over 3 weeks and the replacement filter for my existing unit still hasn't shipped. Their support doesn't seem to understand what the issue is, so getting it resolved has proven impossible. Still shows not shipped on their end, they just. . . won't ship it. I wasn't gonna do this but they keep asking me for a review, so. . . Here we are."
