"I've had this product for about 2 years now. Very reliable and the app is easy to use. Love the idea of getting 2 USB ports. The issue is that I can't use it in any workspace or my bedroom because it has slight coil whine (slight 'hiss') which makes it very distracting. So I moved it to my kitchen where my water cooler and fridge also make audible noise. This product would be perfect if the coil whine was fixed."
