Worked well, till it didn’t

"Worked well for over a year then it started not able to retrieve live stream. Bought new one because it was older, but the new one did the same thing. Contacted support and they said wifi wasn’t strong enough, even though it worked well for a year. Moved right be side router and still won’t connect to live feed and sent to support, haven’t heard anything back in over 2 weeks. The camera records movement that we can see, just won’t connect to live feed on both the old and new cameras. Not sure if there was an update that’s caused the issue but did work, now they are useless."

"Stopped recording even after changing the micro SD card numerous time. So, I reset the camera and now it won't connect using the QR method and Wi-Fi method. Straight garbage!"
